Chromebook Insurance
Only sophomores, juniors, and seniors need to sign up for parent protection this school year. Beginning this year, freshmen will no longer keep their devices upon graduation. With the state changing and schools not collecting textbook fees, the freshman Chromebooks are MSD property. MSD of Steuben County will purchase the protection on those devices as a district. The same breakage scale used K-8 will apply to this year's freshmen. You will find the breakage policy here.

Students enrolling after 9/15 will have the option to purchase it as well, at a prorated amount, based on the time of enrollment.

23 -24 Angola High School Bell Schedule
Students driving to school, you will need to stop by the office and pick up a form to take home, fill out and both you and you parents sign the form. Once that is done, bring the form back to school and Mr. Hall will issue you a parking g tag at that time. If you have any questions you can email Mr. Hall.

AHS Parents and Students, online registration is available. We will have a centralized registration for all students on August 3 from 10 AM--6 PM at Angola High School. This in-person registration is for all students from every MSD of Steuben County school building. Please make sure you have a parent/guardian/living with your proof of residence. Ex. utility/telephone bill, driver's license, tax return, bank statement, or mortgage statement to bring to the in-person registration.
Once you have registered online, you can come to the AHS gym on August 3rd to receive your class schedule, pay for sports passes, purchase a yearbook, add money to the student's lunch account, and incoming 9th-grade students can swap out their old Chromebook and pick up their new Chromebook.
AHS Students are welcome to walk around the school and check their lockers. There is no supply list as each class/teachers are different, but a few supplies that will be helpful for the first day of school are fully charged Chromebook, a notebook, a five-subject notebook, folders, a scientific calculator, and a pencil.
The first delayed start Wednesday will be August 16. We will start at the regular time on August 9, and AHS Student Pictures will be the first day of school.

Hello Seniors - for Graduation tonight. You may bring a water bottle - If you want it with you during the ceremony it needs to be under your chair by 6 pm. There will be water bottles available for guests and graduating seniors. Graduating seniors should arrive by 5:30 pm and gates open to the public at 6 pm. Hometown Media will be streaming the ceremony live for anyone that prefers to watch from home. Looking forward to a great ceremony at the Hornet Stadium (football field/track) @ 7pm.
Chromebook support is available May 31st - August 2nd from 9am - 3:30pm at the MSD of Steuben County Administration Building located at 400 S. Martha Street (3rd Floor).

FREE Summer Meals Information
Summer break is starting for the students and the teachers, but our amazing custodians will be working all summer getting the school in tip top shape for August. Thank you to our custodians for all they do to keep AHS looking fantastic!
Thank you to our Senior Class Sponsor, Ashley Fletcher, for preparing every detail from the caps and gowns to the ceremony itself. Our seniors had a successful graduation rehearsal today thanks to all your hard work and dedication!
AHS Senior Students and Parents, the senior walk will begin at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, May 23rd, at AHS. Senior will take over the mound around 9:00 a.m. If you want to see them, I recommend being at the mound around 8:45 a.m.

Thank you to Mrs. Blaz for teaching French for 45 years. Mrs. Blaz has taught more than 5,000 students, won multiple state & national awards, and authored 7 books. We are proud to have called her a Hornet since 1989. If you see her, please wish her a happy retirement!
Thank you to Mrs. Theresa Derickson, AHS Media Specialist for the last 16 years. Mrs. Derickson has also taught Psychology, led a book club, and coached the Social Studies Team for the Academic Super Bowl Team. We wish her the best of luck and we will miss her!
